We carry out services on behalf of your energy supplier (these services include the planning and scheduling of work, commissioning smart meters, replacing communication hubs, replacement of batteries and collection of Wider Area Network signal data).

As we are providing services on your energy supplier, we are acting as a data processor.

We carry out services in consumers homes on behalf of you (these services include the planning and scheduling of work, commissioning smart meters, replacing communication hubs, replacement of batteries and collection of Wider Area Network signal data).
We process consumers personal information to enable us to carry out the services outlined above.
As we are providing services on your behalf as the energy supplier, we are acting as a data processor.

We take all necessary steps to ensure that personal information is kept safe and confidential during storage, processing and transit (where applicable).
Personal data may be held at our offices, our information processing centres and those of our third party service providers, representatives and agents.
